Sandeep Sharma is the founding partner of Sargas Legal and a corporate lawyer with over fourteen years of experience specializing in the field of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial advisory and has worked across various sectors that include manufacturing, media, and entertainment, telecommunications, trading, information technology, pharmaceuticals, and real estate. Sandeep has previously worked with national law firms like Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Delhi and Dua Associates, Delhi. Additionally, Sandeep has also worked with Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, Tokyo, Japan.
Sandeep has, amongst others,advised leading Japanese corporations on setting up and expanding their Indian operations. Sandeep is also actively engaged with various chambers of commerce and industry, ministry of corporate affairs, ministry offinance and other Government and non-Government organizations on various policy issues under the Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Direct Investment policy, and other regulatory and legal issues. Sandeep regularly contributes to corporate law and regulatory publications.
